Nonconforming Land Use Committee

The Nonconforming Land Use Committee was established by the town board in May 2003. The purpose of the committee was to review Ordinance 32 on Nonconforming Commercial Uses and provide the town board with recommendations for changes to the ordinance.

The committee presented its written report to the Eureka Town Board in September 2003. This report was used to help the Town Board draft a new ordinance governing nonconforming land uses in Eureka.
